Why these changes?
It seems that changes such as social protection in health, and Communicable Disease Control are aimed at managing Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
The priorities have shifted from Health Policy, Planning and Financing sub-program which will see a budget cut of Ksh. 9.6 billion and reproductive health with a budget cut of Ksh. 1.8 billion and Human Resource Management and Development will also see reduced budget by Ksh. 955 million in 2020/2021.
