Nairobi County Appoints new Advisers
Governor Mike Sonko has hired new advisers to serve his government. The top adviser for urban planning and renewal is the Former Clerk of Nairobi City, John Gakuo.
Githende Gachanja has been appoint as the economic advisor. Alphonce Mutinda will be Sonko’s legal adviser.
Abel Onchari Onyiego will be the new political adviser. Anthony Otieno Ombok will be the adviser on communication.
Businessman Pius Njeru will be personal secretary to Governor Mike Sonko. Social Media has been given prominence after the governor assigned a team of 8 members headed by John Mwangi to be engaging the public on social media platforms.
Last but not least, Joab Mwaura will replace Walter Mong’are as the Director of Governor’s Press Service.
