Volkswagen announces ending production of VW Bettle
Volkswagen has announced that they will bring to an end the production of Volks wagen Beetle from 2019.
This legendary car was commission by Adolf Hitler in 1930s as the “people’s car” (in German it is called volks wagen).
The car is considered by many to be practical, affordable and above all reliable. Note that Germany initially stopped the production of Beetles in 1970s and re-introduced new models later on.
