Two people have been reported dead after a Kenya Air Force aircraft crashed in Machakos County.
The incident happened in Masinga Sub-county at Kanyonga Area.
At least six people were reported injured. Among those injured is the Eastern Regional County commissioner.
The scene has been cordoned off and investigations have been launched to determine what led to the crash.
The chopper landed on a banana plantation.
According to eyewitnesses, the chopper circled around the area for about 15 minutes before crashing.
