Spurs could be without forward Troy Parrott when the Premier League resumes next month.
He has undergone surgery to remove his appendix.
The 18-year-old was suffering abdominal pain and Spurs’ medical staff found him to be showing early signs of appendicitis.
He is expected to start rehabilitation at the end of June.
In February, Parrott signed a new contract to keep him at Spurs until 2023.
He made international debut for the Republic of Ireland in November last year.
The youngster has made 4 appearances for Tottenham in all competitions since progressing through the club’s academy, with his Premier League debut coming against Burnley FC in December.
Spurs manager Jose Mourinho confirmed on Friday that Harry Kane, Son Heung-Min, Bergwijn and Moussa Sissoko, who were all injured when the Premier League was suspended, were fit to return.
