Thomas Meunier will join Borussia Dortmund on a four-year deal when his contract with Paris Saint-Germain ends on June 30.
The Belgian international will move to Germany next month after spending four years at PSG.
It was reported earlier that Meunier had rejected a short-term contract extension at PSG to play in PSG’s remaining Champions League campaign.
PSG qualified for the quarter-finals before the Covid-19 pandemic led to postponement of football activities.
Striker Edison Cavani and defender Thiago Silva will also leave PSG this summer.
Borussia Dortmund will end their Bundesliga season on Saturday when they play Hoffenheim.
Dortmund will start their Pre-season next month as the 2020-21 Bundesliga season is set to resume on August 21.
