The Stopover is a new joint for motorists to quench their thirst and hunger as they travel along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
If you’re coming from Nairobi, the Stopover, is located just two kilometers after uplands/Nyambari. If you are from Nakuru, it is approximately 3 kilometers after View Point.
I’ve patronized this place from time to time considering its serene environment.
Behind the shops, restaurants and bars there is beautiful well manicured grounds with paved pathways leading to children’s playground.
If you want your child to play and enjoy themselves with finger-licking meals, you pay Ksh. 200 per child to access the play ground and then of course pay for the food.
For digital nomads on the move, this is a great environment to have some work completed while you are on transit.
