Taliban is planning to introduce strict punishment which includes executions and amputations.
Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, a founder of Taliban, who will be in charge of prisons in the new government has announced the return of severe punishment including amputations and executions.
“No one will tell us what our laws should be. We will follow Islam, and we will make our laws on the Quaran,” said Mullah Nooruddin Turabi.
Amputations will be for criminal offenses including theft and highway robbery.
“Cutting off hands is very necessary for security” Mullah Nooruddin Turabi said.
