The court of Appeal Ruling on the election of Ugenya MP Chris Karan has been upheld by the Supreme Court of Kenya.
The petition was filed by his rival David Ochieng. The Supreme Court has order fresh elections in Ugenya Constituency.
Chris Karani who vied for the Member of Parliament (MP) seat on an ODM ticket during the August 2017 General Elections was declared a winner but this was challenged by his opponent David Ochieng.
