Kenya Premier League champions Gor Mahia are set to unveil Steven Polack as their new Head Coach. This comes after former Head Coach Hassan Oktay resigned due to personal reasons leaving the team in the hands of his assistant Patrick Odhiambo.
Steven Polack is an English football manager and a former footballer with Finnish citizenship. He recently managed Ghanaian side Asante Kotoko.
Steven Polack is already in Kenya and could be unveiled in the next fews days. Steven Polack will be Gor Mahia’s third coach in three years, as Dylan Kerr came, won the Kenya Premier League (KPL), and left as did Hassan Oktay.
The clubs Steven Polack has managed include Asante Kotoko of Ghana, Bertekum Chelsea, King Feisal, Inter Turku, FC KooTeePee, FC Viikingit, AC Oulu, KPV, FC Raahe and PK Keski Uusimaa.
In his coaching career, he has won several honours. Hopefully he can guide K’Ogalo to their 19th Kenyan Premier League title.
