Dr. Chrisant Majiyatanga Mzindakaya was officially invited by Speaker Job Ndungai to inspire the younger members of Tanzanian parliament.
He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) for 45 years from 1965 to 2010. Before that he worked as a Provincial Commissioner (PC) for Rukwa, Mbeya, Kigoma and Morogoro.
