Ufungamano Initiative is a constitutional change movement in Kenya. It is a church led coalition which was working on constitutional reforms from 1991 – 2005.
The social movement is made up of 54 different human rights organizations, religious groups and opposition parties.
Mutava Musymi led the Ufungamano Initiative and later in 2007 joined politics as a Member of Parliament (MP) of Gachoka Constituency.

The social movement was comprised of inter-faith members such as Catholics, Protestants, indigenous Churches, Muslims and Hindus.
Ufungamano Initiative mobilized resources for a parallel Constitutional Review process.
