The second half of the abandoned game between Rayo Vallecano and Albacete will mark the Spain’s Segunda division return to action on 10th June.
The original fixture at Vallecas, which took place in 15th December, was halted after the opening 45 minutes after Albacete’s Roman Zozulya was abused by Rayo fans.
Rayo Vallecano was fined £15,333 by the Spanish Football federation.
Zozulya, 30, a former Ukraine international, joined Rayo Vallecano on-loan from Real Betis in 2017 but the move was cut short after fans protested the transfer due to reported far-right links, which the player denied.
Following the chants aimed at Zozulya, both teams asked the referee Jose Antonio Lopez Toca to abandon the game.
The second-half of the match was scheduled for February but the coronavirus pandemic ensured a much lengthier delay.
The remaining 45 minutes will now be played next Wednesday, with the scores 0-0, signaling the resumption of professional in Spain following an interruption by the coronavirus pandemic.
