Truck driver lost control at the Londiani junction. He was traveling from Nakuru heading to Kericho. As a result he rammed into several motor vehicles, people and boda bodas.
This terrible accident happened on Friday June, 30, 2023. According to Citizen TV, at least 52 people have been confirmed dead.
Another 32 people were injured. The truck which was involved in the accident is registered in Rwanda.
Government has revealed that they will install speed bumps at the place to prevent future accidents. The government will pay the burial and mortuary costs.
Rest in eternal peace for the people who lost their lives and quick recovery for those who sustained injuries.
