Sharing is Caring

Hon. Raila Odinga and Martha Karua, Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition presidential candidate and his running mate, has said that starting tomorrow the world will see how his victory was stolen.

Raila Odinga and Martha Karua said this when he attended a church service at Jesus Teaching Ministry (JTM) in Nairobi City. He was together with his running mate Martha Karua and his close ally Kalonzo Musyoka.

The Azimio Coalition want to challenge the results that declared William Ruto as the President elect in the 2022 general elections. He is now expected to file a petition in court starting tomorrow.

“There is no doubt in our mind that the Kenyan people spoke loudly on the 9th of August.

“Their voice won’t be muzzled and their victory won’t be taken away,” Mr Raila said.

Martha Karua, NARC Kenya leader, showed her confidence that Azimio coalition will emerge a winner in the court case. He also said that filing a petition will be the only way to lasting peace.

“We shall know the truth and it shall set all of us free for without justice there cannot be lasting peace.”

“Justice is the foundation of lasting peace.” Ms. Karua said.

Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka emphasized of victory that Martha Karua had already alluded to only adding that Kenyans should be patient.

“We leave this place ready to pursue them and the mandate to pursue them has been ably presented,”

“To Kenyans please stand still and see the salvation of God.” Kalonzo Musyoka said.

He also cited that it was not recommendable for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to release the presidential results ignoring some constituencies that had not handed in their results.

“As far as I’m concerned, the Lawyer in me tells me this General Election is not over.”

“What’s happening in Mombasa, Kakamega and other constituencies is a clear case where Kenyans have been short changed.”

This was the fifth time Raila Odinga failed to ascend to the presidency.
