Paris Saint-Germain have signed goalkeeper Sergio Rico from Sevilla on a permanent deal.
Rico spent the 2019-20 season at PSG on loan. He made 10 appearances and helped PSG to win the Ligue 1 title.
The 27-year-old has signed a four-year contract with the Ligue 1 champions.
A statement published on PSG’s website read: ”Paris Saint-Germain is delighted to extend Sergio Rico’s contract with the club after reaching agreement on a permanent transfer with Sevilla.”
At Sevilla, Rico won the UEFA Europa League in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Sevilla FC said in a statement: Sevilla FC wishes Rico the very best of luck in Paris, where last season he won Ligue 1, the French Cup and the French League Cup, as well as reaching the UEFA Champions League Final
