Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre has also been accused same sexual assault. It is alleged that Epstein directed Giuffre to abuse her.
The alleged victim, Rina Oh, 43, filed a court claim against Giuffre in US District Court and stated that she was ‘frozen like a deer, as Giuffre ‘touched her without consent’ back in 2001.
The sexual assault is reported to have happened in the massage room at the home of Epstein townhouse in Manhattan and has come to the limelight as a result of a defamation dispute between the two women.
‘[Oh] was surprised when she was called to the massage room to see Epstein, and found Epstein and [Giuffre] waiting for her,” court filings read in part.
‘[Giuffre] then proceeded to touch [Oh] without [Oh’s] consent and much to her horror. [Oh] did not reciprocate or sexually touch [Giuffre].’
‘I went into the massage room and [Giuffre] touched me without my consent; she sexually abused me,” Oh told the New York Post.
‘I was standing there, frozen like a deer. I did not move. I was in shock. I felt mortified and was uncomfortable.’
Oh stated that she was introduced to Epstein at the end of a relationship and she at one time described Epstein as a ‘rich, older boyfriend’ but now she says she was a victim of sexual abuse.
Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre’s lawyer, Kat Thomas, told New York Post that: ‘The allegations of sexual assault against Ms. Giuffre are not true.’
The suit between the two women came into the limelight when Oh filed a defamation lawsuit against Giuffre after the latter wrote on Twitter that Oh ‘procured & partook in the abuse of minors’ with Epstein.
Oh is demanding $10 million in damages.
In response, Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre counter-sued Oh and claimed that she was “the victim of the sadomasochist sexual play and physical abuse perpetrated against her by Oh, including cutting, slashing and other physical injuries during the sadomasochist sessions.”
Oh denied the allegations made saying: ‘I never cut her leg. I never touched her. I never heard of anyone doing anything like that during my involvement with Jeffrey Epstein.”
‘I am not that kind of person. I am afraid of needles and faint when my blood gets taken.’
Recently, Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre reached a settlement with Prince Andrew valued at an alleged $12 million following sex trafficking claims.
Prince Andrew agreed to pay the large amount of money before the case reached a jury.
The said agreement did not contain any formal admission of liability from Andrew. Further, there was no apology either. It only said that he accepted Miss Roberts as a ‘victim of abuse’. It also stated that he regretted his association with Epstein who trafficked many young girls.
