Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele has suffered an injury delay in his attempt to return from a thigh injury.
The 22-year old felt discomfort in his right leg as a consequence of muscle fatigue in a training session on Monday, Barcelona have confirmed.
Dembele has not played for Barcelona since November 27 when he came off in the first half of Barcelona’s 3-1 over his old club Borussia Dortmund.
He was initially ruled out for 10 weeks and has been in Qatar for treatment and recovery.
Dembele joined the Catalans in August 2017 in €105M but has been struggling through injuries during his time in Spain.
