It’s legal to strip naked in Paris Park
In Paris Park, it’s completely legal to strip naked. The nudist zone was opened recently in the Bois de Vincennes Park. The officials of the city set aside space for the naturists in the grassy public area.
The officials have put up signs to warn the passers-by of what is going on, they are committed to ensure that the tranquility and nudity of the naturists are respected. Spying on the naked people will not be tolerated.
There are more than 2.6 million naturists in France, this is according to the deputy mayor of Paris, Penelope Komotes and an official who is in charge of the green spaces and the park. The Paris’ Active Nudists Association has embraced the decision. The association members have been stripping since 1953.
Some members bathe in Roger Le Gall Swimming pool thrice in a week, they also do workouts and group aerobics naked.
New visitors are greeted with signs that inform them when they enter the nudist area. This was termed as an open vision of making use of the public spaces in the region, this is according to Komotes.
The park is located on the edge of the 12th arrondissement, Paris East. The deputy mayor reported that Paris was inspired by Switzerland, Germany and Spain where nudism is embraced.
The Parisians have a public pool where they can swim naked. There are more than 460 areas which include 155 camping sites and 73 beaches. The areas are reserved for those who want to enjoy without clothes.
If anyone is found guilty stripping off in public area that is not reserved for nudists, they will be fined or face one-year imprisonment.
