Premier League side Newcastle United have placed their non-playing staff on temporary leave because of Coronavirus epidemic.
Newcastle United Managing Director Lee Charnley emailed the workers on Monday and informed them that the decision was taken to safeguard the clubs future.

All employees were required to apply for the job retention scheme.
The staff will receive 100 percent of their salaries until end of April when the decision will be reassessed.
All Football in England was suspended by the FA until at least 30th April.
