Yesterday I visited the Ndonyo area. This place is known for its large abattoirs.
I was impressed by the large number of men and women wearing white dust coats soiled with animal blood and dung.
The water and waste tunnels outside most butcheries contained dirty water.
The place was as busy as a beehive.
There were motorbikes old and others new with oversized metal boxes for transportating meat to far area butcheries.
