National defense airspace has been created over Joe Biden home in Delaware. Additional United States Service Agents have been posted to Delaware (home state of Joe Biden) in anticipation of a potential Joe Biden presidency.
Additional secret service agents were sent to Delaware on November 5. Delaware News Journal recently reported that flights were also restricted over Biden’s home.
The Federal Aviation Administration stated that the flight restrictions or National defense airspace over Joe Biden’s home was as a result of “special security reasons.”
There are exceptions such as law enforcement, ambulance and firefighting duties. This restricted area is expected to expire on Friday.
Those who violate the National defense airspace flight restrictions will face up to 12 months in prison and $100,000 fine. In addition to that, the pilots will have their licences revoked or suspended.
Upon Joe Biden winning the elections, the Secret service will provide more security in addition to National defense airspace.
