Morara Kebaso has been arraigned at Milimani law Courts and charged with cyber harassment of David Langat contrary to section 27 of Computer Misuse and Cyber Crime Act.
Morara Kebaso was arrested from his office in Kahawa Sukari.
“David Morara Kebaso alias Morara Kebaso Snr on the 28th day of September 2024 at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya, jointly with others not before the court, while using the X Corp Account dubbed; @MoraraKebasoSnr, knowingly without lawful excuse, posted false information to wit…” read the charge sheet in part.
Morara Kebaso was driven to Nairobi Regional Headquarters. His lawyer trailed the police vehicle but was not allowed to access his client.
The case is ongoing at the Milimani Law Courts and we will not discuss it further. More updates later.
