Mombasa Cement owner net worth is estimated to be $

 

Hasmukh Patel fed over 40,000 people every day in Mombasa.

 

Over 600 people with disability in Mombasa benefited from the late billionaire’s charity.

 

Mr. Patel also ran Sahajanand Special School in Mtwapa. It served over 1,000 learns.

 

The billionaire spent Ksh. 700 million to transform Kibarani dumpsite in Mombasa into what it is today.

 

Through a family business Patel and his family invested in Uganda in 1995. In 2007, they expanded to Kenya through Mombasa Cement Limited.

 

Mr. Patel used to spend Ksh. 300 million every month for his corporate social responsibility in Mombasa. That is approximately Ksh. 1.6 billion every year.

 

The late Patel owned the largest Primary School in Kenya with 3,121 students and the second largest secondary school in Coast.

It is not clear how much the late Patel was worth  but he owned Mombasa Cement which had a capacity of producing 1.8 million metric tones of cement and 1 million metric tonnes of clinker per year.

Mr Patel also owned Tororo Cement in Uganda. He was the chairman of Standard Rolling Mills, Kavee Quarries and Nyumba Group Company.
