French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have signed striker Mauro Icardi for £54M from Inter Milan.
The 27-year-old Argentina international joined PSG on a season-long loan in September with the French Ligue 1 side having an option to buy him.
The new deal means he’ll be at the Parc des princes until 2024.
In 31 games in all competitions, Mauro Icardi scored 20 goals before the football activities were suspended in France on 30th April because of the coronavirus pandemic.
An Inter statement read: “FC Internazionale Milano announces the transfer of Mauro Icardi to Paris Saint-Germain FC: the striker, born in 1993, has permanently moved to the French club.
“The club thanks the player for the six seasons he spent with us and wishes him the best for his future professional career.”
