Manchester United Forward Alexis Sanchez to join Inter Milan on loan
Alexis Sanchez will join Inter Milan on loan this from Manchester United. Sanchez was driven into Manchester United’s training ground on Wednesday morning and the Chilean International spent about ten minutes saying goodbyes to his teammates. He was then driven to Manchester Airport where he bordered a private jet to Milan.
Alexis Sanchez was pictured at Milan airport on Wednesday afternoon. He is expected to be unveiled as an Inter Milan player before the weekend. He is expected to link up with Romelu Lukaku who also left Manchester United for Inter Milan on a permanent deal.
Inter Milan do not have an option to buy Alexis Sanchez upon the expiration of his loan. It is not clear what percentage of Sanchez’s salary is paid by Inter.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is believed to have deemed Alexis Sanchez surplus requirements at the club by putting his faith in 17 year old forward Mason Greenwood. It is believed that Sanchez would have a negative influence if he stayed at the club.
