A man has been rescued from a collapsing money heist tunnel he had built for purpose of robing a bank.
According to police in Rome, he was part of the four men who allegedly planned to carry out a movie-like plot.
Police officers received reports of a man trapped in a money heist tunnel and after carrying out a series of investigations, they discovered the tunnel was headed to a bank.
Two others were arrested trying to flee the money heist tunnel scene using a car, and another man later arrested alone.

The two have denied being involved with the money heist tunnel digging and that they were just passing by. And by chance, a man asked for help taking them to a shop where the entrance of the tunnel was situated.
When they realized what had happened, they called out for help, and that was when the police arrived.
On the other hand, the fourth person has been confirmed part of the gang.
