On Tuesday, Police in London detained a man near parliament following his dousing himself with what seemed to be a flammable liquid.
The man had a lighter according to police reports. The rescuers hosed him using a fire extinguisher after the incident.
The inflammable liquid failed to ignite and he was detained based on the Mental Health Act.
