Yesterday there was a mutiny or coup in Mali and the President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita and Prime Minister Boubou Cisse were captured and arrested and detained at a military base in near the capital of Bamako.
Malians were celebrating in the the capital City Bamako as the soldiers drove to the official residence of the president.
After midnight President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita appeared on a television interview and declared the dissolution of government and parliament stating that he had no choice other than resign.
