Leeds United have been promoted to the Premier League after West Bromwich Albion lost 2-1 to Huddersfield Town on Friday.
Leeds will now play in the English top-flight next season for the first time in 16 years.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side now need one point from the two remaining games against Derby County and Charlton Athletic to win the Championship title.
Leeds United lost in the promotion play-offs last season to Derby, but they’ll head to Pride Park on Sunday knowing that they have already been promoted.
West Bromwich’s loss against Huddersfield has given Brentford a chance to move into second place in they pick at least a draw against Stoke City on Saturday.
If Brentford drop points, Leeds are guaranteed to return to the Premier League as Champions.
