Residents of Kaplamboi village have taken development matters to their own hands.
They are renovating a key road using their own tools and money fundraised to buy stones and sand.
What is more inspiring is that all this was done on Christmas day. However, it should be noted that since they are taxpayers, they were doing what should usually be done by the duty bearer – the state.
What a strong way of sending a message to the county leadership through action!!!!
