Elgeyo Marakwet Senate Majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen and Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika (Chief Whip) were removed from their respective positions in the Senate and replaced by Samuel Poghisio (Senator West Pokot) and Irungu Kang’ata respectively.
Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja will serve as the Deputy Majority Whip.
