Presnel Kimpembe has signed a new four-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
The 24-year-old defender has extended the length of his previous deal by a year, the Ligue 1 champions confirmed on Saturday.
Kimpembe penned a five-year contract in August 2018 and has become a key player in PSG’s defence line.
Kimpembe came through the club’s youth system and has played 136 competitive games for the club, scoring one goal.
Kimpembe, who won the World Cup with France two years ago, has won 13 trophies with PSG senior team.
“The club wishes Presnel continued success in his career in the Paris Saint-Germain colours,” the club said in a statement.
Thomas Tuchel’s side will play a friendly match against Le Havre on Sunday as they prepare play Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue finals later this month.
They’ll face Saint-Etienne in the Coupe de France final on 24th July before taking on Lyon a week later in the Coupe de la Ligue final.
