North Korean president Kim Jong-un has made his first public appearance in 20 days.
His disappearance from important public events made people speculate that he was dead. These speculations started when Kim Jung-un missed the celebrations of Kim Il-sung (founder of North Korea) birthday on 15 April, 2020. Kim’s grandfather ruled the country for 45 years from September 1948 to July 1994.
North Korea state media released a photo showing President Kim Jong-un cutting a red ribbon during the opening of a fertilizer plant.
