The 32-year-old has been reportedly in police custody since March 18.
He’s being held at Jackson Parish Correctional Centre and has been denied bond.
Authorities are believed to be processing his deportation.
The former Tusker FC player moved to America in search of greener pastures but failed to earn a professional deal despite holding trials with Houston Dynamo and Vancouver Whitecaps.
Before his move to the US, Olando played a key role in Tusker winning the Kenya Premier League title in 2012-2013 season.
