Kelly Meafua‘s team won over Narbonne and as he was celebrating he fell from a bridge in France.
The 32-year-old did not survive a fall into river Tarn.
This sad news was shared by the French rugby club, US Montauban on their website.
His team had achieve a 48-40 victory over Narbonne.
