Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante returned to contact training with his team-mates on Tuesday.
Due to personal concerns over the Covid-19 pandemic, the French midfielder was given permission to train at home when Chelsea players returned to their Cobham training base last month.
The World Cup winner was at one point ready to miss the remainder of the campaign, with the League due to resume on June 17.
Kante has made only 5 appearances for Frank Lampard’s side in 2020, having suffered injuries prior to the suspension of football in Europe.
The 29-year-old trained with the Chelsea squad ahead of Chelsea’s upcoming game against Aston Villa on Sunday, June 21.
Chelsea sit fourth in the Premier League table with 9 games remaining. The Blues will face Leicester City in the FA Cup quarter-finals on June 28.
