Today the Senator for Kakamega, Cleophas Malala, called for disbandment of National Youth Service (NYS).
The Senator explained that they will not approve any budget for NYS in financial year 2018/2019.
Its a wait and see on how this matter will happen as we wait to hear the budget speech on Thursday 14 June, 2018.
