Juventus have offloaded midfielder Simone Muratore to Atalanta for a €7Million fee, the club confirmed on Monday.
The 22-year-old came through the Juventus academy. He has been a regular player in Juve’s second team that plays in the Italian Serie C over the past two campaigns.
Muratore made his first-team debut as a substitute in the 77th minute in Friday’s 4-0 win over Lecce, coming on for Federico Bernardeschi.
Atalanta have not disclosed the length of his contract but the Juventus have confirmed they’ll receive his fee over four years.
The former Italy youth international might have been denied a future in Juventus senior squad but he looks set for a brighter future in the Serie A with Atalanta.
