Justice Isaac Lenaola’s name has been proposed by the Judiciary Service Commission as a Supreme Court Judge to replace Justice Philip Tunoi who was forced to retire.
Lenaola is currently a High Court Judge in Kenya. Leonaola is the judge that ruled that the gay people in Kenya should be allowed to register their organization because the Constitution upholds the rights of all citizens. That includes: gays, homosexuals and transgender.
