Lasertec  founders Uchiyama family has a net worth of $3.2 billion made from semi-conductor testing equipment. Lasertec was founded in 1960 by Yasushi Uchiyama after he left Panasonic. He died in 1992.

 

Lasertec is in the business of manufacturing semiconductor testing equipment. The company was listed on Tokyo Stock exchange for startups in 2004. The company later registered in the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section in 2013.
