Japanese billionaire Kazumi Lida & family have a net worth of $1.14 billion. She inherited a stake in Lida Group Holdings from her late husband Kazuo Lida who was the group chairman.
Lida Group was formed following the merger of Tact Home, Hajime Construction, Arnest One, ID Home, Touei Housing, First Wood, IG Windows, Orient, Lida Sangyo and Lida Home Max.
The group is made up of 48 separate companies which are in the business of property development. The group provides detached houses, condominiums, contract constructions, maintenance and renovation.They employ over 13,000 people.
Hajime Construction Ltd was established in February 1967 and it main work is to supply over 10,000 houses in Japan every year and they have been doing this over the last 50 years. They have ready built houses and can also construct houses on contract. Their houses are earthquake-proof.
For the financial year ending March 2024, the group reported revenues of $9.5 billion.
