Sharing is Caring

SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk, has hit back at Donald Trump after the former U.S. President mocked the billionaire at a political rally and called him a ‘Bull***t artist.’

Elon Musk stated that ‘I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hand up his hat & sail into the sunset.’

‘Dems should also call off the attack – don’t make it so that Trump’s only way to survive is to regain the Presidency,’ he added.

The whole saga began when Trump made a claim that Musk voted for him. Musk denied the claim saying that it’s “not true.”

“You know what he (Elon Musk) said the other day that he never voted for Republicans. You know he told me he voted for me. So he is another bull s artist,” he stated at a Save America rally in Anchorage, Alaska.

Donald Trump also said something about the current legal battle between Twitter and Musk. “Elon is not going to buy Twitter. Where did you hear that before? From me…He has got himself in a mess,” Trump said.

Trump made the comment after the American billionaire decided to pull away from a Twitter deal.

In the course of last week, Trump said that he is not buying Twitter which he had agreed to buy for $44 billion. He gave various reasons including breaches of purchase agreement according to a letter sent by Musk to Twitter.

Twitter’s did not take this lying down. Their board chairperson Bret Taylor, said that they will sue Elon Musk to force him to buy Twitter on the agreed terms.

In April, Elon Musk agreed to pay $54.20 per share of Twitter. The whole transaction was valued at $44 billion. In May, Musk put the transaction on hold to enable his team to review the claims that less than 5% of the accounts on the platform are spam or bots. After his own investigations, he pulled out of the deal.
