I have been in Nakuru County for a couple of days now. As usual it is hot and dry over here.
I had planted maize in April 2021 and now people are harvesting the maize. This year’s harvest has not been so good. This is largely due to invasion by pests such as works which reduce the quality of harvest.
I had planted maize on two acres of land and now I harvested 18 bags of maize. This is an under-performance. It is underwhelming to say the least.
