Inter Milan have completed the signing of midfielder Arturo Vidal from FC Barcelona.
Inter have paid €1M in variables to sign the Chilean international.
The 33-year-old, who previously worked under Inter boss Antonio Conte at Juventus, spent the past two seasons at Camp Nou.
Arturo Vidal becomes the third midfielder to leave Barcelona this window. Ivan Rakitic returned to Sevilla as Brazilian international Arthur left for Juventus.
A statement published on Barcelona’s website read: ”FC Barcelona and Inter Milan have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Arturo Vidal. The Italian club will pay FC Barcelona 1 million euros in variables.
”FC Barcelona would like to publicly express their gratitude to Arturo Vidal for his commitment and dedication and wishes him all the best for the future.”
Arturo Vidal made 96 appearances for Barcelona in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and assisting a further 10.

Arturo Vidal, who was into the final year of his contract at Barcelona, previously played for Colo-colo, Bayer Leverkusen and Juventus.
Arturo Vidal becomes Inter’s third signing of the window following arrivals of Alexis Sanchez from Manchester United and Aleksandar Kolarov from Roma.
