Aashna Roy went to the salon atop New Delhi Hotel in 2018 and asked staff to trip 10 cm from her tips.
The hair dresser cut all the hair living just 4 inches from the top. This haircut failure lead to a court case.
According to the court judgement, the botched haircut lead to a “severe mental breakdown and trauma” for the Roy.
“She lost her expected assignments and suffered a huge loss which completely changed her lifestyle and shattered her dream to be a top model,” the judgement read in part.
The Salon was ordered to pay the money within 8 weeks.
