Indian Ice Cream billionaire R. G. Chandramogan has a net worth of $2.3 billion. He is a college dropout who started a tiny business enterprise to make ice cream in 1970.

 

Hatsun Agro Product which he chairs is one of the largest private dairy firms by sales volume.

 

Hatsun Agro Product receives milk directly from more than 450,000 farmers who are spread in an excess of 12,000 villages. The company buys 3.3 million liters of milk every day. They sell the milk, ghee, ice cream and curd through their brands Ibaco, Arun Ice Creams, Arokya Milk and Hutsun Paneer.

 

Hatsun Agro Product exports dairy products to over 42 countries around the world. His son C. Sathyan is in charge of running the company in the position of a managing director.
