Hirving Lozano quits PSV Eindhoven for Napoli
Serie A club Napoli have confirmed the signing of Hirving Lozano from Dutch Club PSV Eindhoven.
The 24 year old Mexican international started his career at Mexican club Pachuca. He played for four seasons and scored 43 goals. He won championship in 2016.
He then made a move to the dutch club PSV Eindhoven in the 2017/2018 season. He won the Dutch league title in his first season with the club. He ended up scoring 45 goals in 83 appearances for the club.
Lozano is a pacey winger and is viewed by Mexico as one of the most talented players in their squad. He represented Mexico in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. He has played 35 times for Mexico scoring 9 goals.
With the Italian Serie A set to commence this weekend, Hirving Lozano is expected to face competition from Napoli forwards such as Simone Verdi, Lorenzo Insigne, Dries Mertens and Jeremy Malcuit.
