Harambee Stars were held to a 1-1 draw by Togo in Monday’s 2021 Africa Nations Cup Qualifiers match that was played at the Moi Sports Centre Kasarani in Nairobi.
Johanna Omolo gave Harambee Stars the lead in the first Half only for Togo defender Hakim Sama to level the scores midway through the second half.
Harambee Stars are now at position two in Group G. Comoros had earlier frustrated giants Egypt to a barren draw in Moroni.
Comoros top group G with 4 points, Harambee Stars come second with 2 points, Egypt are third with two points and Togo come fourth with one point.
Francis Kimanzi’s men hope to register their first win in the 2021 African Cup qualifiers when they play Comoros in a two legged fixture next year.
