The global coronavirus cases have surpassed the 20 million mark.
According to the data collected and compiled by the John Hopkins University, a total of 20, 092,855 Covid-19 cases had been recorded as of Tuesday at 1000HRS EAT.
Global death toll stands at 736,254.
The United States is the hardest hit country with over 5 million cases recorded. The virus has also claimed over 163,000 lives in the US.
The second hardest hit country is Brazil. Over 3 million cases have been confirmed in the Latin American county. 101,752 deaths are connected with the deadly virus.
India comes third with 2.2 million cases.
